70-Ri Young Expedition

70-Ri Young Expedition was a co-design project with local children in search for discovering ecological aspects of Seogwipo, Jeju.

​

Composed of 8 sessions, each was led by invited professional scientists, who pointed out different aspects of the local ecology- plants, birds, insects, geology, etc.

 

The exploration tool kit was designed as the final outcome of the project.

​

The ecological treasures found and drawn by the participants during the project became 'Silhouette Cards' and 'Treasure Map',  locating the ecological entities to look out for.

​

Such tool kits were equipped at the local tourist center, motivating visitors to start their own expedition.
